My integration with Outlook enables you to use the Copilot for autonomous email responses and to consolidate all communication with (potential) guests in my Hotel CRM. Additionally, data and information from existing contacts are transferred from the email channel into my Hotel CRM, so you no longer have to do anything manually. For new contacts, I automatically create a profile.
